"Well for one let’s start with the fact the provider told my niece who is a child(they also didn’t allow anyone to go back with her so ontop of what I’m saying she was alone with strangers) that she was too old to be crying and continued to proceed with the procedure as she was visibly and audibly afraid and under distress. Dismissed her pain as she was telling him he was hurting her face by putting his weight on her while working in her mouth. Dr.Harhash is who she seen. As a healthcare provider myself I couldn’t imagine dismissing a pts fear when they are undergoing a procedure that involves a needle, a sharp object or anything for that matter! Please please if youre wanting someone who will show any ounce of compassion and understanding then this is definitely not the place to start."

"The web page list Dr. Ashraf Harhash but he is no longer there. Dr. Rupen Shah is the only endodontist there. However, he never lists his name or picture at this location or any other locations he practices/works. That's a big RED flag. Look like Dr. Rupen Shah does not know what he's doing. Dr. Rupen tried to treat my root canal but failed. He attempted 3 times (3 different appointments) to performed root canal on the same tooth but can't fix it. (I end up out of pocket $500+ already even with insurance.) He then recommended other procedure like apicoectomy and indicated no guarantee either. I ended up had another dentist to remove my tooth. AVOID THIS DENTIST : Rupen Shah at all cost to save your money and your tooth. Do the research your self. All other endodontist list their name and photo but not him."

"I went to the dentist Emmy Dental in June very good group Dr. Sara is the best, she had to send me to Sugar Creek Endodontics to have a root canal, I was so nervous, Dr. Rupen Shah, DDS, was so kind and gentle, while still getting the job done, he knows his stuff!! I was in and out. I really couldn't believe it. Stephanie at the front desk is very friendly and professional. Nice building very clean lots of parking space."

"Absolutely amazing, I have unfortunately had a few root canals done before, but my experience with Dr. Ashraf Harhash was the best. I had no pain what do ever during & after the procedure, even the next morning still no pain. Everything was explained well to me before, during & after. I will for sure be referring him to anyone that needs an endocrinologist in the future."
