"Cheaper rates. Paperwork did take long. I've been with them almost a year and have automatic drafts for payments. They give you a date that payment is due then attempt to get it a week early. This month I was I'll and didn't catch it so the funds were not available and Fred Loyal charged my bank a$30 return fee which was the passed on to me. Talked to Monica at the insurance company who understood but was no help. Canceling policy asap"
"Fred Loya customer hit my Semi and trailer, we are now out of business as a result and yet they claim their customer is not at fault.........poor ownership and exposed their client to a personal litigation. Do not recomend!!!!"

There was a question we had come up with but nothing too concerning, she called me that night to tell me what she found out. Then next time I called in she knew my name by my voice.
