"I don't live here. Was thinking about it but. First I call to price check, some lady says 950 all bills included. I go in person then rent is all of a sudden was 1060 we pay light only. Then last week someone posted rent, 950 all bills included. Either there's no communication between the office people or someone is trying to pull a hustle. Lost me as a future resident"
"Don't move here ! Rent is 1,200$ just to get towed for having a parking permit and then get towed off the apartments paid 200$ to get my car back ! At night there is no parking so if u park in visitors even tho u have a parking permit u still will get towed ! My family has gotten towed 2 times ! Not only that the neighbors are messy ! One lady named Mary in the apartments is always fighting screaming and yelling it's like she's crazy . Always records me and my kids while we're coming home or anything we do . Has pulled a gun out in front of me and my kids and other kids in the neighborhood. I've talked to hpd and they said they can't do anything typical Houston police never do anything. DONT MOVE HERE !"
