“Went for state inspection. I can't get under the dash to change the cabin filter. I asked if they carried the filter and asked the tech if he would change it out. He did, without hesitation. While I waited I walked to the car wash to inquire about washing my jeep as it has a platform and bike rack on the back. I was advised the best for me was the hand wash. The supervisor walked over to the lube and put me in the queue so I wouldn't waste time between the inspection and wash. Very good customer service. Thank you.”
