That is why I opted to pay in palmhurst (that office closed permanently) so I started paying in McAllen, very good customer service. Bride of Chucky kept saying she had explained to me last month my late fee charges, how could she if I paid in McAllen?! The only reason I went to San Juan was the McAllen office closed at 4 that day and San Juan was the only office open."
