"I had a appointment to see why my upper arm is in so much pain and I ended up having a panic attack, ran out of the office was crying my spouse had to chase me, I was so so embarrassed about the fact, wanted to reschedule but my spouse assured me she wouldn't leave me so we went back in. The staff was absolutely amazing got me in back fast, sat me down, gave me a bottle of water spoke to me in a very calm soothing voice, panic attack subsided thank god , Dr Napierala and his staff was top notch! The dr came in and put his hand on my shoulder explained he was aware off what just happened, I was in good hands!! I would definitely recommend coming to see this Dr he was very knowledgeable very careing, I was not made to get up after I sat down and I deeply appreciate this treatment I probably would have collapsed if anything. I came in tears left with a smile, and the Dr does not push you to take any meds that would harm you, he was great!!"

"Minimal care, Doctor MAY spend 5 minutes maybe alittle longer but not much more. Would not recommend this practice, it's like a factory very impersonal from front desk to check out. I really wanted to be seen by Dr. Otto who has since retired."

"I'd been having a sore elbow for a couple weeks and I was able to get a next day appointment at the clinic with Dr. Matthew A. Napierala and the entire back office staff were great. He was attentive and thurough. He took a few x-rays and was able to set me up with a fix. It was more than old age but less than something needing a more invasive procedure. I now concider him a long term member of my healthcare team."

"I went in for some chronic tendinitis. The doctor said they could set up an MRI if I wanted. That was the first clue. So I'm like yes, lets do that. I told the doctor that I saw another doctor that was of little help and he replied that some specialists dont want to treat you if they can't operate on you. So I leave thinking I would get a call from an imaging facility to set an appointment. Four weeks later, no appointment. Called twice to see what was going on and they said they sent it in and that it was on the imaging company now, not their problem. So yeah, unless you need surgery, this ortho clinic does not care about you."

"Dr Patrick Simon is a outstanding Specialist. His staff is courteous, very respectful and go that extra mile for you. I had a massive rotator cuff injury and here I am after surgery almost fully recovered after 3 months of therapy. The therapists Denisa Lopez and Monique Dixon are a pleasure to work with and do not push you further than what you can stand and do expect more than provide. My recovery may not be the same for everyone, but if I ever have to experience it again for any reason, Patrick Simon and staff would be the way I would go. Special thanks to everyone."
