"I have stopped by 4 times recently to get my oil changed on my diesel car. Every time I go they tell me they will order the right filter and call me but should be in same or next day. No calls and ordered wrong filter and no call again. Employee said it’s a mess there because everyone quitting and disgruntled because they only pay very little so everyone quitting and overworked if still there. Very sad. I’ve had my oil changed there primarily for years. It takes less than an hour to change the oil so I for one would be happy to pay a little more so that the technicians doing the work can have a raise. Think they are only making about 10-14 dollars per hour. And it’s hot as Hades in the shop! I imagine other customers would feel the same if asked. Come on man!"
