"Well, it seemed pretty nice upon arrival. Noticed no coffee machine but cups and coffee and such. No Blow dryer dryer. And no soap. Towels were OK. Celing in bathroom in need of repair. It was quiet for the most part. Only waffle or cereal for breakfast. We make our own coffee due to the terrible coffee that is served everywhere. So after breakfast. Shaved had hot water after that, no Hot water for a shower. Probably will not stay here again."

"Showed up at 3pm to check-in first room had no phone bathroom was dirty standing water on floor. Next room no towels beds dirty stains everywhere water rings on ceiling from leaks. I was also told it is a non smoking facility by a kid vaping cloud bigger than the front deck. I will never stay here again"

"Infested with roaches and spiders. Garbage not emptied from previous guests. Thin walls and dirty floors. Key stopped working after the first night. Many better options in the area. Would never stay here again."

"Late review, but my family and I stayed there during Christmas. We got the room by using this website that chooses a hotel (out of 3 3-star hotels) based off the amount you want to/can pay. Long story short we got a really good price for a 4 night stay during Christmas. I was very skeptical because the reviews for this hotel are mostly bad. Well, take note...always believe the reviews. We were on the second story, I think in 211. We walked in and it smelt old. It wasn't a bad smell, just old. You could tell the furniture was recently put in, but it wasn't new. The walls...were a disaster. They didn't even bother cleaning off the markings they drew, to measure where the nails go, to hang the headboards. The walls were so dirty that we went to Walmart to get Lysol so I could wash the walls as high as my toddler can reach. I do feel bad for using their towels to do so...those towels were THEE nicest and cleanest thing in that room. We did NOT sleep under the covers. We had our own blankets and pillows that we (luckily) never travel without. We also bought better toilet paper. When leaving, we did our best cleaning up after ourselves. Even took our own trash out. The staff are nice. They seem like nice people trying to make a living at a shotty hotel, and half of them live there. So I really blame the owner and/or manager for not paying more attention to the importance of cleanliness and health. Especially considering the hospitals use this hotel for their patients sometimes. Did we complain and ask for a new room? No. It was Christmas time, there were more important things than dragging all of our stuff, and a toddler, to 2 or 3 different rooms. And I'm sorry to say, but because of how dirty our room was and how run down the rest of the hotel looks, this should not be a 3 star hotel. Needless to say, we will not be going back to the not-so-Quality Inn."

"At end of our road trip on Dec 30th 2023, while back to home, me and my family decided to relax in Amarillo TX as it was around 10pm. We found this hotel near the state highway. After the check in formalities and payment process, they handed over the room key room no was 126. When we entered in room it was smelly and dirty everywhere and the bed spreads were with yellow and red stains. Went back to the front desk and expressed my disappointment the receptionist was apologized and gave an another room no was 119. This time we couldn't enter in to the room because the door nob was broken and I couldn't unlock the door so we weren't experienced the room appearance. Again went back to front desk and demanded the staff to refund my money. Receptionist told no manager in duty and I don't have authority to refund any money. The manager will be back in morning and he will decide on refund. We were helpless and no where to go as it was already nearing 11pm. This time the staff himself offered an room and he promised that this room will be neat and clean. I trusted him and went to the room no 151. The fact is neither room was neat or clean, they haven't changed the bed spreads for at least a month as it was smelly and stains everywhere. With two kids and wife I wasn't tried to find other hotel because we were tired and hungry. It seems these type of hotels they scam the customers like us and because of them we were forced to stay in such a nasty and unhygienic place. Would request not even think about this property. This hotel is unhygienic and spreading diseases."
