"Came in for an ankle injury and was treated promptly and kindly. The staff here is excellent. Freh was my NP and she was very detailed and friendly. Crystal was very patient and even took the extra time to wheel me out to my car even though I had crutches to use. Shae was very patient with me as well when she was taking my X-rays and helping the NP make my makeshift cast. The environment here is different than any other urgent care I have been to before. The people are kind, attentive, and prompt and you can tell they enjoy helping others."

The nurse and nurse practitioner (Crystal and Freh) were professional and compassionate, and got me taken care of and back on my way. The office is clean, easily accessible and was not crowded when I went on a Sunday afternoon. Wish going to see my regular doctor was as easy and efficient as this visit."

"It’s been over a decade since I’ve been to an urgent & clearly the world has changed so much. I came here due to the reviews, even tho I had a location so close to my home, I came here due to the reviews & this location stood by the things other patients shared. Booking an appt online, was quick & easy. I was able to fill out my paperwork & check in advance. The mobile app was extremely helpful & check in was so smooth. Very welcoming staff here. I was helped by Crystal (MA) & she was such a doll! Kind, welcoming, great listener & pleasure to talk with. I got to meet Bear(NP) who also was just as welcoming, listened to my issue I had & helped/guided me on the next stuff to recovery. He has been doing this for 20+ years very knowledgeable & gives you sense of security when needing medical attention/questions. I clearly have been behind, but when they shared about the kiosk pharmacy that will get my meds in seconds, was mind blowing! Not only was I in & out in 15-20, no wait! I was able to get my meds right then & there. The best customer service & check up I’ve ever received in the medical world! I honestly feel this is way better than going to a PCP. Hands down I was very pleased with this location, staff & service."
