"I am disabled and not able to work right now. I have been very chronically ill and living with chronic pain. I had to miss my appointment last week because I was able to get into a specialist I have been waiting to get into sooner and it happened to fall on the day and time of my Thriveworks appointment. I notified them over 24 hours in advance. I am possibly terminally ill. I don't really have any money coming in right now. They refused to either wave the $135 fee considering the circumstances or even work out a payment plan. They drafted the $135 out of my account without my consent leaving my bank account in the negative. I have absolutely no money now. No way of putting gas in my car so I won't be able to make it to other appointments I have until I have another payment come in. I can't even pay my co-pays now. I dont even have money for food. A company that has no compassion for their clients is definitely not a company I want to do business with. I did some research online and there is a lot of information about Thriveworks being a scam and having lawsuits filed against them. DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES."
