"This location lied to me about a pair of shoes that would be releasing. I asked specifically about a pair of shoes and instead of saying they didn’t know if they would be receiving them, they told me they would not be. Then I was made aware that they would be but by the time I found out, the opportunity had passed. They could have simply let me know that they were unaware but instead lied to me. For this reason I would encourage anyone who is looking to shop here, to look elsewhere. They clearly don’t know what they are talking bout and their staff is of no help at all."
"I wish I can take out the stars and demerit them. The company policy resounds their name ; I bought running shoes and was told if you run and don't like the feel of e can exchange for you. I went and ran in shoes for 5k only once and got pain in ankle. I decided to change and their manager Carlos and Salesman Yousef said our receipt says most not all - we choose not to return as it has been worn . I told him how a running shoes can be tested and the professional salesman said ; you can walk in room and still if worn ; we cannot change. I was like fitness shop is living on a different planet. Arrogant ; naive and all sorts of work - they were totally same as their shop name. I would never buy anything from them ever and will make sure every running club in Houston avoids them. Very very rude and naive people in shop."
"Bought some track shoes Order curbside delivery, same day and it was a great experience. Very fast reliable, and so professional. Pull right up to lane 4 and a Team member came right out very quickly. I’m super impressed. So organized. Will return"
"They don't give you good attention, the guy at the entrance said 'Welcome' but he didn't tell you that the store would close in 10 minutes. so I continued to the shoe area, asked for the size, tried them on and when I went to the checkout to pay they said that their system was already closed that it would happen again the next day,.. lol.. what store closes its system with a customer still inside??.. it was my first time in the store and it will surely also be the last. (this happened Sunday night, Nov 29)"
