"This guy is worthless. He was unkempt and disheveled when he entered the room. He read no previous records or tests. He only had his aides notes. He asked questions and interrupted every answer given. He didn't care what we had to say, he only wanted to voice his opinion which was based on no clinical test results. Life is too short to be in pain. Do not waste your time or a loved ones on this place."
"Place sucks, been over two weeks since brain scan and no results! do yourself a favor and pick a different neurology facility. There are better neurologists that are more responsive, seek them out. Yeah, the person that’s been waiting for six days for the MRI scan sorry to break the news to you but you gotta longer wait been two weeks. Haven’t heard a damn thing."
"The office has had my brain scan MRI for 6 days and no one has called with results. Days 4-6, I called once each day after waiting the requested 24 hrs to call back and leave a message. I have had zero return calls, emails or anything. They mention messages being in a patient portal in the VM message which I stated in my message (twice) I have no access to. The log in for the portal on their website says “you do not have security questions configured, contact the practice” … when a business relies on technology and ignores the person- it’s a failure. No patient, especially given the circumstances in which I pursued care should have this excessive wait for results, information and next steps. They are now closed the next 3 days making it at least 9 before I am likely to hear anything."
"Every single person I've encountered at these facilities have been incredible. From the front office/billing/scheduling to the physicians, everyone seems to truly care about you as a patient. Especially during this pandemic, they go above and beyond to accommodate you."
"Dr. Casaly was great, but he no longer practices here. The people here are very nice, and the care is good when here. I moved away, but still came back.here for care. They are not set up to take care of anyone outside the area. Getting prescriptions refilled has been a challenge since they started. Getting help negotiating with my insurance when records were requested was impossible and caused a gap in care for Aimovig. This wasnt all their fault, but it has been challenging. Multiple calls are always required for prescription refills."
