Only issue we had was a neighbour that was bit loud but never after 9 pm just during the evening , Not sure if this was just bad luck with another rental guest though other than that the stay was great”

“Everything was fantastic. Beautiful apartment, nice and clean building, great location. The gym is really nice for a basic workout and all of the communal spaces are gorgeous. Customer service is really efficient. I asked for a few more pots/pans since I was staying for a month and the delivered an entire brand new set to me. Really good job. One thing I find odd is that when you order cleaning it says they won't change the sheets on the bed. I specifically asked them to do this, and they did, but it is odd that this is not automatic for an $85 service. That is a small thing, everything else was fantastic. I highly recommend it.”

“Our stay at Kasa lady bird (the Whitley Apartments) was overall smooth and exceeded my expectations. I’ve never stayed in an apartment/hotel style room before but will look for them going forward... I’m bummed this is not a chain. You get all the treatment of a hotel, with the amenities of a luxury apartment building. The front desk personnel at the apartment building were all extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. Great location, will stay here again.”

“Really great and helpful visit for installing a new Cat6 run. The tech showed up exactly on time and was really friendly and courteous being in our home. He was open to brainstorming the pathway for the run and made some great suggestions. Incredibly professional and clean install - he even made sure to pick up/vacuum up any dust from the new jack installs. In and out, works perfectly. Would definitely recommend!”

“I'm currently in my last week of radiation therapy for prostrate cancer and my experience has been great. I've received very attentive and friendly care from everyone at Austin Cancer Center from my oncologist, Dr. Douglas Rivera to Norman and the radiation team, and the folks at the front desk. They have all made doing this every day for 44 days much easier and more pleasant. Even the parking at Seton Northwest is good.”

“It seems like the bad reviews are from former students who weren't a good match for this school. I have two students at SciTech. We chose this school for many reasons, not the least of which is their candidacy for the exceptional International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Uniforms help the students focus on their education rather than the fashion sense of their classmates. As far as the concern about developing a sense of self - if you need clothes to help you define yourself, you've got after school, weekends, and all summer to work on that. School time is school time. Staff are very responsive to students who want to learn. I have also found administration to be fair and easy to work with. I look forward to the new school building for the high school, since the conversion of a former Target is not ideal and it's the one thing I'd really like to change about the school.”

“We had a great few years with British Swim and unfortunately are only leaving because we’ve moved. I’ve seen a huge improvement with my children. My daughter went from screaming on the edge to allllmost perfecting her freestyle. Keith in the office always picks up on the first ring, and is super friendly and easy to schedule makeups with. The owners also are frequently at the pool and are easy to get a hold of and chat too. We’ve had numerous teachers in our years there but Shelby stood out as being on top of things and really pinpointing what the kids need to work on. We’re moving to the Cedar Park location and I hope they’re just as good.”
