"Will definitely will come back, we had issues with the person that did my husband taxes. It was with H&R block and the same building. I was not there when he did his taxes, but she did not put his address right and filed him as SINGLE. I do not know if she was just doing everything in a hurry or what was the case. We had to go back for them to correct it and we had to pay $59 extra for a mistake SHE did. However, Mustafa was great, he double checked everything to make sure everything was correct."
"I will never use this office again taxes are all messed up the lady Nikia Ester who did my taxes not only did she not file my husbands 1099 she also messed up on the market place information ! I am delivering our first baby in 2 weeks and we were depending on our tax money now we our in a bind ! Oh yea from her not filing the market place info correctly we missed out on a few hundred dollars . I have been waiting on the manager Collette Jackson to call me back after I had to go to another office to have someone look over my taxes and find more mistakes and she still has not returned my calls I shouldn't have to pay the fee for them to mess up my taxes !! DONT EVER USE THIS OFFICE WARNING ⚠"
