“I didn’t end up leasing here, but my tour with Brandon was great! He explained everything to me without being pushy. He really listened to what you are looking for, and provided with amazing suggestions. The pool is amazing! The whole complex smells brand new, and I love the fact that they are close to everything. The prices with their specials now is unbeatable. I could also tell that management is great here as they greeted everyone they meet with a smile/hi/hello. We were really considering in living here, but we my husband didn’t want to be close to a hospital. If you don’t mind that, this place is perfect!”

“Highly Recommend Dr. Dongxun Zhang and his clinic. My mom is 83 years old. She hurt her back badly when moving a heavy object. She was in so much pain that she could not sit, stand up, walk or lie down without suffering unbearable shots of pain. During the one-hour drive from home to Dr. Dongxun Zhang's clinic, speed changing or going over road bumps would cause her pain. She could not sit against car seat either. After less then an hour of treatment of acupressure and acupuncture by Dr. Dongxun Zhang, her pain was reduced from 10 to 2. Finally I saw her smile once more after two days from her accident. We are truly amazed and cannot thank Dr. Dongxun Zhang enough for his medical excellency. I wish all other patients are as lucky as my mom to be treated by Dr. Dongxun Zhang.”

“I love living here, the units are awesome and spacious, Kevin the maintenance works hard to keep this community up to the high standards of its residents and it really shows! Hayley who is in charge of the office never seems to stop working, anytime you need help she is just a phone call away and will do any and everything to make sure your home is always in tip top shape and you are always 100% happy and comfortable. I cannot recommend this community enough! You not only get a great place to live but you get wonderful people working extremely hard to make sure your life at home is beyond easy!”

“We’ve loved living at the Oaks! It’s a bit outdated but we don’t mind, only downside I’d say is no washer/dryer unit. Otherwise, management has been really polite and helpful, maintenance is very quick with helping us out with any issues that has arisen. We haven’t encountered any bugs in the last year we’ve been here and it’s the perfect amount of space for the two of us!”

“Stacy at Mighty Oaks Therapies has been my sons Occupational Therapist for almost three years. She has been an incredible resource for our family. It is her connection with her clients that sets her apart. My son does not always open up to people and the relationship he has with Stacy allows her to push him where he needs to be pushed because of the trust they have established within their relationship. My son has Cerebral Palsy and has recently been experiencing growing pains. Stacy recommended a homeopathic remedy and we were able to find relief for his growing pains quickly. There is no one I trust more to help my son grow and thrive. “Good place they might not be as in New apartment complex but they give someone who needs a place they are their an they go on a limb for people that's a must minor repairs can always be fixed or just simply fix an paint yourself a make like new again not rocket science people”

“Absolutely LOVE living here!! The ladies in the office are so great!! They really go above and beyond for the residents. Its very important to them that we know we are at home. The maintenance staff is very prompt and friendly, though there really aren't any maintenance issues. My apartment is a really good size. Lots of extras too! Full size washer and dryer connection, ice maker, microwave, etc. The property is really pretty!! Always clean. Very nice pool and playground. I cant imagine anyone not loving it her. This is at the very top of favorite places I've ever lived!!! Thanks guys!!!”

“I had a on going issue and the manager at the time did not help at all, when I went to the office I seen Georgia the only one working at the front office and I thought to myself my situation isn’t going to be resolved but nope she was very understanding when I explained to her my on going situation and she handled it right away, Being able to do that especially being the only one working there was very much appreciated! We need more people like Georgia.”

“I love my apartment James took care of everything fast and efficiently, when maintenance was needed they came promptly, my apartment was clean, all light fixtures and ceiling fans worked as well as all appliances the rent paying process was explained to my thoroughly and he even registered my vehicle with the towing company for me as I didn’t know how if I could give 10 stars for this apartment and 20 for James I absolutely would.”

Maintenance has been questionable at best the last couple years but the new team responds to a maintenance request very timely, gets the job done correctly the first time or returns to complete the work order if more work needs to be completed.
