Coach Mo's Elite Fitness is a premier gym located at 7119 Chimney Corners in Austin, Texas. Our institution offers a variety of fitness programs for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. One of our featured programs is the strength and conditioning camp, open to incoming 7th and 8th graders, incoming freshmen, and upperclassmen. This camp, instructed by Coach Mo's Athletics team, focuses on improving performance in various sports such as soccer, football, volleyball, tennis, baseball, golf, lacrosse, and more. The camp runs Monday through Thursday at Anderson High School field, with different sessions available throughout the summer. For elementary school athletes looking to enhance their coordination, strength, speed, stamina, and teamwork skills, our camp is the perfect fit. Space is limited to 15 kids per session, so be sure to sign up early. Additionally, we offer a siblings discount for families with multiple children enrolled in the program.
