"!DO NOT BUY PARTS HERE! They sold me the wrong part that was in the correct box. When I returned it and went back to get the correct part they had the wrong ones on the shelf STILL selling them to people. Then they did a refund and recharged me for the right part instead of just swapping it. All this made a simple repair take and extra day and lots of extra hassle. Horrible service, not knowledgeable and make excuses for their mistakes. Makes me even more concerned that they didn’t pull the wrong ones so they are going to do the same thing to more people."

"There is an individual by the name of Ray B. who works evenings at this location. Clearly he has no experience in or desire to provide good customer service. His attitude as I enter the store is one of annoyance, and he gave me the impression that the only reason he was helping me find what I needed is because he thought I was in there to steal. I had asked him to locate transmission flush for me and he told me that there wasn’t any. Then when I asked him for the correct transmission fluid for my vehicle he grabbed the wrong one. While he was in the back trying to locate some spark plugs for me, I politely went and got the correct transmission fluid and located a bottle of transmission flush as well. Talk about knowledgeable help. The following night, I went in to use the code scanner. The other young man working with him was courteous and helpful and greeted me as I came in the store. Mr. Ray B. however, was so preoccupied with trying to clean up for closing time that he treated me as if I weren’t even there. When I got through with the code scanner, Mr. Ray B. snatched it out of my hand, didn’t explain what the codes meant but instead said: “I could show you a bunch of parts but it would probably just be a waste of our time because there’s no guarantee that any of that is gonna fix your car. You’re better off just taking it to a professional.” Even though I had been willing to pay for whatever the code scan recommended that I buy, he totally shot me down and lost that sale. I won’t be back here and will go to O’Reilly’s instead."
