“I’m just visiting from the neighbor state of Oklahoma and making my rounds as a secret shopping investigator. No one pays me for this I just like to share what I find on my journey wherever it may take me. I was here at this location just after 8am on a Sunday morning. Not a lot of people out and about. I needed a few items and I had my trusty sidekick Roscoe D. Jerkins (his pic will be in the photos) with me. I’ll tell you this I was really taken back as I looked around and the shelves were stocked aplenty. There not clutter of boxes stacked in the aisles like an obstacle course. The produce section was abundant and fresh and vibrant looking, and the prices were appropriate. The prices were even cheaper than my home state has. The only negative thing I could find and I was looking was the produce bags were not out on the floor, but the cleanliness of the rest of the store made me negate deducting a star. In Oklahoma City the stores are a nightmare and the employees are very unhappy. I’ve had them tell me as I’m checking out that I shouldn’t shop there because of the way they run the place and the tricky extended warranty struggle for appliances and electronics. I can appreciate walking into a store that cares about its appearance. If a man looks good it’s a high probability that he feels good too. Same goes with businesses. If it looks good and employees are happy and friendly they are doing some things right. It was a pleasure to shop here today and I will be back shopping undercover in the future to see if it’s maintained. We the people deserve to shop in clean and friendly places.”

“After researching pool companies for over a year, we were recommended by friends who contracted Lagniappe Pools to build their pool. They were so complimentary of the level of service and how smooth everything was going we had to go check them out, and we are now so happy that we did! We met with Matt Mitchell who walked us through the process and designed a beautiful pool with the features that we wanted. Their bid was in line with other bids we received, however as we looked closer we noticed that many of the upgrades that we wanted that were extra costs at the competition were already included in Lagniappes bid as standard! We saw that as a great value and figured out what “a little something extra” meant. We were also impressed with the quality of the equipment and materials used. Once we signed the contract things began to move VERY quickly! It wasn’t long before they started digging and we had gunite just few days after! The trades all did a very good job and were very professional. The whole process was communicated, scheduled, and executed in a timely manner with superior craftsmanship. The pool was completed inside the time frame they quoted which was also quicker than other bids we received. Chris Ellis the PM is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of helpful tips on how to maintain our pool and how to use the equipment. He along with Matt were on-site during the whole process making sure everything was perfect. Choosing the right pool company to trust with such a big expense is challenging, as I had heard so many horror stories of other pool companies not delivering what they promised. Lagniappe Pools is the real deal, stop shopping around and trust them to do your project, you won’t be disappointed!”
