Founded by Bob Precious, this institution offers a wide selection of quality draft beers in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Originally established in Houston in 1985, The Ginger Man quickly became a favorite spot for beer enthusiasts in Texas. With the success of the bar, it expanded to different locations in the state before Bob and his family relocated to Manhattan. Eventually, the original Texas locations were sold in 2000.
