She let me know Chelsie would be the one I met since she was off and I really appreciated that. Chelsie was busy when I arrived but she didn’t ignore me and that says a lot for a dentists office. She smiled at me and asked for a moment who h I was happy to give. Once she was done with her call she smiled at me and checked me in.I was 10 minutes late so I expected them to not see me or take a whole but 10 minutes later I was getting my X-rays. I didn’t catch that young man’s name but he was very professional and respectful as he told me what to do from beginning to end. The doctor came in and I was expecting a lecture like most dentists do. I’ll be honest I hate going in because they embarrass me and make me feel bad about my teeth but he never did. He told me I had great teeth and said to make sure I take better care and get my cleanings every 6 months. My mouth doesn’t hurt but I feel clean and I guess I just always associated the dentist with pain and shame. I’m glad to say that’s no longer true case for me. If I could give them a 10 star review I would. Definitely will be back! Also, everything was done in less than an hour. Which I’ve never experienced before. Great job”

“My experience with Doctor Dyers and his staff has always been professional,proficient and very kind. I've had experience with many different dental procedures throughout my life and my experience with Doctor Dyer was really quite incredible. The time I expected it to take getting all my teeth pulled at one 'sitting' plus getting oral surgery that involved drilling 5 taps in my upper jaw and 4 in my lower jaw turned out to take less than an hour! Incredibly skilled and talented in my opinion. I've had zero problems with the procedure performed by Dyer. Straight up cool person and highly recommended. Dr. Palhan was so patient to listen to me and answered every question I had. She provided best options to treat my teeth and I was surprised that few things my old Corporate-chain based dentistry had told were not even required (like getting a bridge, a cap etc). I would strongly recommend going to her to get one the best and honest treatments. I referred several of my friends to her who were not happy with their current dentistry who were simply telling to get one or other expensive or painful treatments and they would not want to go back to them.
