Brownsville Performing Arts Academy, located at 543 East 11th Street in Brownsville, Texas, is dedicated to providing opportunities for the community to engage in art, music, dance, film, community theater, and cultural events. Our mission is to promote music, performing, and visual arts education for all individuals. As a part of the Revival of Cultural Arts non-profit organization, we aim to revitalize the cultural arts in Brownsville through the Carlotta K. Petrina Cultural Center. In partnership with the City of Brownsville and other partners, we oversee programming at the Brownsville George Ramirez Performing Arts Academy in downtown Brownsville.

For 29 years, Monica Rosales has continued the tradition started by Margaret M. Clark, offering swimming classes to children in the Brownsville community. Our classes cover basic strokes for beginners and advanced techniques for more experienced swimmers, using the American Red Cross "Learn to Swim" program. Children ages four to sixteen can progress from guppy to sailfish levels, gaining confidence and skills in the water.
