“I have had a rough track record with dentists, having tried 7 different offices in a 5 year time frame and have developed a rather serious dental phobia/anxiety due to previous experiences. I moved to Austin in 2022 and found south Austin dental studio through our insurance provider. I found on my first visit that they were extremely understanding of my anxiety and even explained after my first examination that I am completely justified in my fears due to previous work done on my teeth. Kamel Elosary DDS not only validated my feelings, but has such a calm demeanor he made me feel extremely comfortable in the chair. As they found out I need a quite extensive work to be done, he not only emphasized that his main goal is to save my teeth (other dentists have pushed extractions and implants without any other options) he gave me a series of options that would not only save my actual teeth but prolong my oral health without further complications. The staff is efficient and kind, the office is clean and welcoming. My anxiety and panic attacks have forced me to reschedule and discuss finance issues and they were always understanding and very thorough when explaining various options and how well they work with our insurance. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for all that you do and I look forward to continuing working with your team.”

“Dr. Tiller is the single best dentist I’ve ever been to, and this is an excellent office from top to bottom. Dr. Tiller corrected dental problems I’ve lived in daily anxiety over, and did so with ease. She was so kind and gentle, and took her time both before and during the procedures to make sure I was comfortable and that the procedures were completed thoroughly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Unfortunately, I moved out of state, but she seriously changed my life. She fixed the dental complications I felt were unavoidable. “Very good experience with Dr. Anna Lozano at Ascension Medical Group Seton Women’s Medical Group Westlake. She was very personal, friendly, and professional. Dr. Lozano took the time to listen to my issues, and, after examination, discussed the possible diagnosis and treatment recommended. When I called her office to discuss an issue I was experiencing at the hospital, she called the hospital immediately to have procedures completed at her request. Dr. Lozano returned my calls the next day in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Lozano as well as Dr. Shannon Abikhaled at this Westlake location. They are an awesome group of doctors.”

It’s a solid spot for bouldering that offers many additional perks with a membership such as a full weight gym, HIIT classes, yoga, sauna, cold plunge, etc, that are all included. The people who workout in the weight room range from hippie Austin boulderer to body builders. It’s not an “instagram gym body” type of culture. Don’t come here expecting equinox. They are also currently updating equipment and the weight room and repainting.”
