"Went in for oil change/ lube service. Lube service says the check all the tires pressure and fluids. They did not. I asked the guy signing me in to put my tires to 40psi. They put 1 and left all the others at 31. Never reset my cars oil life. Why should pay for the service that you supposedly provide and told me you do and then not do it. This was the supposed service manager according to the staff board they have in their waiting area."
"My tire was loosing air badly and I was a bit frantic as an older woman to have this issue. An older mechanic (African American) was so nice and really comforting and took care of my tire issue straight away. I feel so bad that I didn't get his name. He just said he has a wife and a mother also, and that he understands. What pleasant man!!!"
"Over two hours for two tires and no one else was there for tires. So many things wrong. First they put new tires on front! I didn't ask for that! I asked for new tires on back, like it should be. I just cleaned the rims that morning and three rims have greasy hand prints all over them. And can't even put all value stem cover on. Two different employees saw it and didn't do anything about greasy hand prints or missing valve stem cover. There are two other Wal Mart service centers in Wichita Falls, go there!"
