"I use to love this place, I use to get my nails done here every month but around 2020 I got a different job and couldn't wear nails. So I was really really excited to start wearing them again and choose this spa because it's familiar. They've CHANGED in the past year, new staff or something- the woman was rushingg like crazy through my nails, I got nicked and bled 2ce but didn't complain because I have incredibly sensitive nail beds and it happens, I get it. But I watched her notice that 1 of my nails wasn't put on right (when she was buffing it came halfway off and instead of starting over with a new tip she just put it back and put more glue on the top part-i knew right then that single nail was gonna fall off in days). Then as I'm paying, I'm looking through their pamphlet at prices, a full set of dip nails are 40$ and with french tips 45$. I didn't get french tips- I got a single accent nail on each hand, but i was still ok with paying the 45 if they asked. When I got to the counter the guy looked at me and said "55$" I looked at him for a second, looked at my nails holding the prices right in front of me, pulled out a 50 and set it in the counter. He snatched it and said "thank you, you're good to go" .... THEY WILL TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU- Now 4 days later that one nail that she put on funny is now on the floor. Will NOT be going back so many better AND cheaper in Gainesville"

"I could not decide on my Christmas nails this year. I was about to settle for the typical Grinch until I came across a reference photo for Nutcracker nails. As a collector of this beloved Christmas toy it only seemed fitting to do this design. With every meticulous brush stroke Lee brought this little guy to life. Every time I look down I’m reminded of the many holiday seasons spent at the ballet. Lee has done several hand painted designs for me, and I must say this is by far my favorite."
