“Awesome time here in the late afternoon hours. We had two waitresses, the second was awesome, answered questions and made recommendations. Sorry to not have gotten her name. We visited three different places like this on our trip on the Fitzhugh strip and this was definitely the favorite. Everything was so fresh! Wish it had been a bit cooler on our trip so we could have enjoyed the outside, or come on a night where we assume there is probably live music because there was a setup for it. Great atmosphere! The bbq sauce was the most unique and best we tasted during our visit, a peppery sweet and tangy sauce, great drinks, the tortilla chips were fantastic, best queso we had (if you don't like it super spicy, ask for not green sauce), my party raved about the tacos (I didn't try them) said they were the best they had had. The guac was fresh and had a nice lime flavor. The strawberry dessert was a nice treat on this hot day. They no longer do beer flights even though it is on the menu, so if that is what you want, just be aware. Also the Lady Bird soda has an artificial sweetener in it, I do wish it had said that on the menu because we had never even heard of this sweetener before and would have ordered something different. But overall this was an amazing time, would definitely come back if we are ever here again.”

“I was looking forward to a Bowl Spicy Vegan Soup with the wifey. The restaurant closes at 9pm, we walked in at 8:30pm. The older lady behind the register made a facial expression like why are you walking in this restaurant 30 minutes before closing. The waitress on the floor was happy to see us but looked back at the cashier then looked at us and said “Orders to go only” remind you that the restaurant closes at 9pm. It’s not like we walked in at 8:55pm. If you’re not going to be open until 9pm then you should change your hours to 8pm. We went there a week prior, the older lady wasn’t working and we were seated. This lady is killing business and if it’s the owner you need to change your customer service habits and hours of operation. That was the rudest experience I’ve ever had walking into a restaurant, to the level of discrimination.”

“Awesome joint. I wanted catfish and shrimp and some kind of beverage with hard alcohol... Willie's won my trial and my heart! All of the doors were open so the breeze was beautiful. The food was exactly what I wanted. The catfish tasted clean and the crashing was perfect. The Fried Pickles and Fried Jalapeños are done in house. The drinks got me feeling great! Leila(sp?) the bartender was spot on, I enjoyed the music, sports were on the TVs... and yeah... this little lunch was great and what more can you ask for than that when going out!”

“Finally got back to DFW after working on a cruise ship for 7 months and I knew I wanted something I hadn't been able to have while overseas: Pho. I hadn't been to this specific Pho restaurant before but it was close by and my Fiance had said it was good. It absolutely hit the spot. I got the combo bowl with added meatballs. I always try to ask for the extra fat to add in and they happily gave me some. I was so excited to have Pho again that I actually managed to finish the whole bowl, broth and all. Every facet of the Pho was delicious but the broth was incredibly flavorful. Definitely give it a shot if you're nearby!”

So delicious! And those rib tips! Oh my gosh! And the sauce was the absolute BEST! Collard greens and cornbread, potato salad, beans and rice, finished off with banana pudding... Sooooo delicious! “Great place to eat! The customer service is awesome! The woman who greeted us was nice, friendly, and funny! From our waitress, to the guy who brought our food, everyone was so friendly. The hostess recommended the steamed dumplings, Chow Fun noodles, and Young Cho fried rice. That's what we ordered and we were not disappointed. The food was wonderful! There are fresh carnations at every table. Nice! At the end of the meal, you get a warm almond cookie. Very good!”

“Now that is a BURRITO! I have been a loyal customer since grand opening of this restaurant. It is family owned and operated. If you have never tried it, you are missing out! The owners are just precious and hands on in the daily operation. Support Local and give them a try! My personal favorite is Fajitas Ramadas with a delicious Margarita. Thank you Natalia and Domingo for your MANY years of helping get my busy family to dinner, around the same table. We have celebrated so many birthdays together there with our friends and family over the years! It just feels like coming home.”

“There’s a great restaurant that’s right in the upper Kirby Greenway Plaza area. The service is friendly and attentive. I find the flavors to be fresh and delicious. I enjoy going there over the lunch hour. There is a lot of parking however, you might have to park a little bit further down from the restaurant entrance. Parking lot in front and sometimes the Whataburger on the East side I can get very full. They do have some lunch specials she might want to take those out and over. I found the service be pretty fast if you wanted to be a quick meal. Also, you can add more spices to make a more heated experience. I have recommend this place and am here about every 4-6 weeks.”

“Great Vietnamese restaurant option in Energy Corridor. Even though most of the tables were full, we were sat very quickly. Looked like only one server for all the tables, but he was quick and efficient - took our order quickly and food was served quickly. The quality of the food is great for the price. I had the bun with grilled pork and egg roll. The pork is very flavorful and the serving ample (more than I would consider normal). The fresh shrimp spring rolls were good, which plenty of shrimp.”

“The Gardens of Cranesbury view is a stunning, beautiful venue in the Texas Hill Country. We enjoyed the gorgeous, open ceremony space, courtyard, house, gardens, and reception area. Having all of these spaces at the venue allowed us and our guests to maximize the time we spent together. The space was perfect for the 120 guests in attendance. The basic rentals included were exactly what we were looking for and we only needed to bring our own decorations. All of these spaces were made a thousand times better by the venue owner - Amy. Amy supported me and my husband from the moment we stepped foot onto the premises until after our wedding. She helped us plan everything from guest arrival to our send-off and all the details in between. She was kind, attentive and helped us form exactly what we wanted for our wedding. One of our checks did not arrive to Amy in time due to postal issues and she was very understanding and continued to work with us to make sure things were moving along. I highly recommend getting the Coordinator package as Amy takes care of EVERYTHING the day of the wedding. The only thing I had to worry about was hair, makeup, and champagne (haha). Even with us starting later (hair and makeup, it happens), Amy helped keep the schedule without it feeling like time was cut short. She reminded us often to take a breath and step back to truly soak up the time and make memories. After the ceremony, she had a sweet surprise of champagne for us while we took a quick break before the reception. She assisted our families with taking home leftovers of food and alcohol at the end of the night. After the wedding, we didn’t have any issues getting our deposit back in a timely manner. We highly recommend Amy and this gorgeous venue!! :)”

“The anular eclipse on Oct 14 2023 brought us to Midland, TX. Google brought us to Cork and Pig Tavern. After spending 11 hours on the road to come and see the eclipse, this restaurant was a very welcomed way to unwind and relax for the night. We ordered the Beef short ribs, the Trout with mashed potatoes and a 3 leches for dessert. The service was great and the food was awesome. I would definitely recommend Cork and Pig Tavern to any of my friends.”

“This place is so good! I stopped in with a friend for lunch and everything was absolutely delightful. The cocktails were so good - our server Sofia (hope I spelled it right!) recommended some amazing ones and she made them herself! I had the appetizer plate and the clay pot tofu, and both were delicious! I couldn't choose a favorite so I'm going to have to come back and try some more stuff. I've been to a couple of the other locations and honestly Pho Tre Bien never fails but this one is my favorite so far. Keep up the good work!”

“Have been coming here for 14 years now. By far the best meat in town for a good burger. I think if I’m not mistaken is purchased from Dallas Texas. The Door stopper burger is by far my favorite plate with all the add ONs that they put on your burger. Great customer service, always friendly and motivated to keep clients happy. Lots of TVs for the game and good vibe inside this joint. People have a smile when you go here to eat. Highly recommended.”
