"My doctor recommended physical therapy for my pelvic floor after birth and it has been extremely helpful in the repairing process! My PT Brooke also takes the time to ensure I not only understand the exercises but the anatomy on which muscles I’m focusing on, which I really appreciate. My experience has been the best and Im really grateful to use them for an issue I didn’t realize is common amongst women. They do work with some insurance but a low copay may be required.
