"Went to get a pump for our client. They tried to charge me twice the amount I normally pay business to business. They claimed it was manufacturer. I called manufacturer and found out they no longer do business with Leslie's anymore. Leslie's had these pumps leftover from previous inventory with manufacturer. Because of freeze in Texas on February 14, 2021, there was a serious shortage of pool pumps and parts. I needed this pump badly for my client. Leslies put me in a bad spot as they were the only company that had the pump I needed. Leslies lied to me and this sounded an awful lot to me like price gauging. I'm am not going to forget this as I refuse to business with Leslie's Commercial or any of its retail stores again."
