After vetting numerous pool companies, Houston Cool Pools stood out as they specialize in forming symbiotic relationships with their customers. From the initial planning stages to construction, the team made every effort in answering our questions and making us a part of the process. I felt like a seasoned pool owner after attending their “Pool School” which was a crash course over regular pool maintenance and weekly testing. The service after our pool was constructed has been outstanding. Jake, Chris, and Miguel are the resident pool gurus and are always a text or phone call away to answer questions and respond to service requests regarding our pool. They have made us feel like family. Highly recommend!”

“This was a cool site! Its a short walk from the Galleria Mall so if you're in the right parking lot, you don't have far to go. Make sure you walk around the back. For some reason we didn't and missed that the water falls on both sides!”

There is also a scavenger hunt sheet for you to have fun while looking at everything. Definitely recommend this to everyone.”

“I lived here for about 3 1/2 years, if you are looking to find something within one’s means then this is the place. The apartments are quiet, the manager (Janie) is always on top of things. I can’t complain really about anything besides the appearance of the apartments but that’s something you can’t change. Never had issues with roaches, or mice. Staff is always professional and kind. Janie, thank you for all of your help and for making sure my son made it home safe after school, you have no idea how much I appreciate you for making my move out process so easy. Going to miss you and this place.”

“Willow Pool is a quaint pool that is straight from the 1980’s. Kids can jump off diving boards and much fun is had!”

“Fun experience for both kids and for adults who still like to have fun and be silly. The silent DJ room has such a fun vibe and would be a blast with a large group of friends. There are sweet treats between stations/rooms and the staff are all very kind and accommodating. I am already planning with friends to get them to come back for the upcoming Halloween/Fall experience (Haunted Hues).”

“Adventure Playground is a fabulous company to do business with. Daria, my sales rep., has to be one of the most patient people I have come across. This project was 3 years from conception to completion (COVID). The fabrication and installation crews were phenomenal. Communication is truly their greatest asset.”
