Children's Advocacy Centers of Texas (CACTX) is a transformative, evidence-based non-profit organization located at 1501 West Anderson Lane in Austin, Texas. Our mission is to help children and families achieve justice and healing in cases of child abuse or victimization, and to lead the charge in ending child sexual abuse in Texas. Abuse and violence against children can have long-lasting effects, disrupting their growth and development. CACTX is dedicated to protecting childhood in Texas and providing support to those impacted by abuse. We coordinate Texas' response to incidents of child abuse and victimization, leading the way in ending child sexual abuse by educating communities and guiding impacted children and families towards safety, justice, and healing.
