"DO NOT GO HERE!! Communication is HORRIBLE! First of all I set up appointment with Ertha Camon and when I showed up, she said she was on lunch and didn't have my appointment listed. I showed her the email with the appt confirmation and she really didn't say much and had me wait in the waiting area and finally handed me some paperwork to fill out. So I waited for a while, until another lady walked in, FROM LUNCH, and turns out I was going to be seen by her which turned out to be a "student". Ertha sat in for part of the session, but didn't offer any assistance during the visit. They will not tell you about payment until you are there and have no choice, but to pay! Before my appt I asked if they could please verify what amount was covered by my insurance and she said they would, but that was never done and I had to pay out of pocket. If that is your policy then you should tell your client beforehand. I paid and went ahead with my appointment because she had already made me feel bad for inconveniencing her lunch time. Needless to say I didn't go back! Since my PCP is the one who recommended her, I shared my experience with her and she said I was actually the first patient that she had sent her way and I would be the last. My PCP and myself tried numerous times to get my record for that visit, because the lady I sat with took notes the whole time and we haven't had any luck. My Dr's office as well as myself called, emailed and even sent a fax request for whatever notes/medical record for that visit and we had not one return call or email. I just thought this was so unprofessional and would like to save anyone I can the waste of time and money! These appts are serious and we are obviously there for a reason so to get this type of service from a health care professional, the lack of communication and withholding my record for that visit is disgusting!"
