Welcome to Big Oak Crossfit, located at 3019 East Main Street in Uvalde, Texas, United States. Our gym focuses on providing quality coaching to optimize the quality of your life. Established in 2012, we prioritize perfecting biomechanics to help you see progress in just a month. We prioritize functional capability over time and preach quality over quantity in our training methods. All ages are welcome to join, as it is never too early or too late to start your journey to health. In addition to our regular programs, we also offer a new Running Program to train for your first half marathon. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, we can also help with any personal issues you may be facing. We also offer a safe and positive environment for children to build confidence and strength to combat bullying.
