The pool is open seasonally to residents and non-residents who pay an annual user fee. The facility features a 175 thousand gallon pool with a diving board, as well as a large pavilion with an outdoor kitchen area overlooking the pool. Inway Pool, like the Northampton MUD swimming pools, requires users to pay an annual recreational fee in order to access the facilities. Private parties are not available at the pools, but groups of 10 or more are allowed with prior reservations. Safety is the top priority at the pools, and users are expected to cooperate with staff to maintain a safe environment. Any violations of pool rules can result in termination of pool usage, and the District reserves the right to revoke privileges for misconduct or rule violations without refunding any user fees.
