Mission Glen Elementary School

"I am really upset with this school and its staff. My daughter brought lunch everyday to school. And somehow in the mix my daughter goes in the lunch line and orders lunch 5 times in the span of about a month. I informed my spouse about the issue to handle it because it must have been an accident. Fast forward to now, my daughter still has a negative balance. Come to find out that my daughter ended up telling the teacher that her lunch was a snack. But her lunchbag has chips, a sandwhich, snack bar etc. Thats what cause my daughter's teacher to put her in line. So to continue the story i am arguing now that it is apparently my responsibility to make sure my daughter told her teacher it wasnt a snack. Because they still want to charge me for it. So now I'm paying 2 times for lunch. If we go by this same concept then when my daughter borrows a book from their library and something happens its the schools responsibility. The funny thing is my daughter is in kindergarten but i have another daughter that has been going there for 3 years and it has not been an issue with her. So it probably most likely is the staff. Then when speaking to the person who is there handling things she cant do anything because she needs to talk to her supervisor. So honestly why am i speaking with someone who can not help? Then she said that i can call her supervisor. When she is obviously not there from what i can see. She also informed me that i can pay throughout time like a payment plan. Its not about paying its about the basic matter that now i have to be on top of my children even while they are in school. Then wth am i getting a threatening email that i have a due date to pay and if i dont do it will go to my credit? They obviously dont know how to handle issues. Then when i go there to pay, they can't even make change. Obviously telling me i can go online to pay. Trying to dismiss me. Its not the first time that this school gives me wrong information. It shouldn't be this hard to speak with personnel in a public school system, when part of their job is to handle the parents of the children that go to the school."

They give you a great education.Decent food,and the teachers are very fun they put in extra work into the lessons to make it fun for us. I highly reccomend this school."
