Pizza Hut

"If I could give this particular Pizza Hut location ZERO stars I would. We have been ordering from this location for years because it is the closest & only one that delivers to our home. They get the order wrong 50+% of the time, but we put up with it because we are hungry, or because the store offers some type of meaningless reparation to make up for the inconvenience. On several occasions they have lost our order and we had to go pick up replacement orders without even an explanation as to what happened. The District Manager for this location won't return calls or complaints, there is a new manager weekly, and the food service is terrible. Today we ordered a Pepperoni Lover's Pizza & Breadsticks... I will attach pictures of what they advertise versus what we received. You be the judge. We are done with Pizza Hut. DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT ON COLLEGE PARK IN THE WOODLANDS TX. It is clear which photos are the "Advertised" items and what we actually received. Both of ours were undercooked, greasy & had soggy dough ....just nasty!"

"When we picked up our order, they did not include the breadsticks that we had purchased. Thankfully I checked before we left the parking lot. I went inside to tell them that they were missing and they said it would be a 5 minute wait for them to make them. I asked if there was any way they could compensate me for the mistake now that I have to wait longer for what I ordered so they offered free wings and said they would take 6 minutes to cook. Ok, sounds great. Both items should be ready around the same time. It took almost 10 minutes to get the breadsticks… I asked about the wings and it wasn’t until then that they put them in the fryer to cook! So I waited another 10+ minutes to get the wings. By then, my pizza and other food (and my toddlers) had been sitting in my car for over 25 minutes, waiting for the restaurant to fix their original mistake. I was hoping for an easy dinner, but won’t be choosing this restaurant the next time I’m in the area."

"I recently visited Pizza Hut and found the experience to be average. While the pizza was decent, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The service was okay, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but I've had better pizza elsewhere"

"Pizza took three hours to arrive, 2 miles away. Tried to call the store, they refused to answer, when they finally did after 30 minutes of calling, bro literally just hung up on me when i requested to cancel and get a refund, since we eventually ordered something else from grub hub. Never got a refund or even a credit, this place is literally scamming people, needs to be a class action suit tbh. got a cold pizza that had been marked as ‘out for delivery’ for three hours!!????? Pizza looked like it was made the day before and probably would have caused food poisoning since it had been sitting out so long waiting for delivery. ******DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION******* if this is the only Pizza Hut location that will deliver to your area, just go to a different chain. This place is a disaster, the entire staff needs to be fired."

"Ordered the family box last night. Pizza hut is 2 miles away, when we got the text our order was out for delivery it was another 35 minutes before it was delivered. Whatever, annoying but fine. We open the box and the entire pizza was slid over to the side and smooshed together. I called the store…not even sure what I was really looking for but after they answered the phone and I told them what happened the guy said ‘we will talk to the manager about a refund. Bye.’ And then hung up and we never heard from them again."
