"The actual physical therapist I met was really nice. She was courteous and very lively. Unfortunately, they had a TON of young people around, some might have been actual PT, I know some were students, but not sure about everyone. They were joking, laughing, jumping to see who could touch the top of a door (which opened into a public place, so they could have hit someone), screaming and jumping around. It was like being at a daycare center! Then moving around the place was a challenge because these "students" (or whomever they were) kept rolling around on the ground, playing around and acting rather immature. I wanted to go have a serious PT appointment to help with my shoulder. Even with my insurance, I pay a good amount to be here and I would like a serious environment. The person who initially assisted me told me "okay, your going to be doing these exercises" and showed me one time how to do them, while people all around her kept talking to her, interrupting each other and just not really helping. Many times, people who say something to me mid-count, which completely threw things off. The person who was supposed to be helping couldn't even count for me (as she was on her phone!). I really thought this was going to be a serious, much needed appointment. Now, I am looking for a new place to do my PT. Come on people, this is a healthcare environment! Keep the horsing around for the gym, outside sports of somewhere else where you don't make such a bad impression. My physician was really good. Please know, that while my experience here was lack-luster, my experience with my physician was great!"
