"Everyone was very cordial, I came in early to fill out paperwork and they called me in a short while later. The tech who brought me back to the exam room was very nice and took my vitals. She said the Doctor will be in shortly and he was! He was very professional and was easy to talk to."

"I have continued to have positive experiences at this practice after Valora took over. The people working in the front desk are friendly and helpful. All of the lab technicians are also professional and kind. The main reason I keep going here is because of Gwen Tinkis. She is very thorough, professional and fun and makes getting a physical a breeze. Her new assistant Stephanie is also very nice and professional . Everyone here listens patiently, takes my health seriously, and appears to really enjoy what they do. I highly recommend this medical practice."

"I don’t like the new “system” but I like the ladies at the front and the assistant for my nurse practitioner, Gwen Tinkis which is why I stay here after all the change up. Heather is great, kind and professional. The girls at the front are starting to get their rythm down. What they do is key and important. They set the atmosphere and I hope they remember people are coming in with all kinds of struggles. People need them to stay positive and caring. Heather is great at that. She seems to stay consistent."

"I've been coming here for last 7-8 years when it was North Country family practice. Since then both doctors I used to see have left. Still not sure about Valora medical group. My new doctor Dr. Lazarescu seems nice and helpful but have only seen her once. So I can't really give my opinion on her yet. Overall Valora medical group has not impressed me much since they've took over. The medical field has changed so much in last 20-30 years. It's all about the corporation and not the patient anymore. You can't find a good PCP like you used to. That's just my opinion. With that being said I will continue to use Valora medical group for my medical needs for now. The jury is still out!"

"I just want to say that Dr. David Wilson is an excellent doctor and you should see him, if you can. However, the business side of the clinic and staff are controlled by corporate greed that has no regard for your time or for your health. I was an established patient and scheduled 1/16/24 10:15am appointment for an illness. Arrived a few minutes early and checked in. Front desk asked if my insurance has changed and scanned my insurance card again. I told them that I just saw doctor Wilson in October and the insurance is the same. At 10:45am, many people checked in after me got called in while I am still waiting. Checked with front desk check out staff and she told me to wait while she check on the staff who does the check in. Another lady who has been waiting also come up to the desk to check if she’s been checked in. She eventually got called in. 11:15am, I checked front desk again and they said billing is verifying insurance and told me that if insurance is not verified, they won’t call me in to see a provider. I told her my insurance is still the same and nothing changes, and offered to pay upfront and they can sort out insurance verification later. Nope, the only solution front desk offered is to reschedule my appointment. No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere."
