"I would give Fit Therapy of Texas 10 stars if I could. Worth every cent. And I will be signing up and doing it for another 4 months! Another 4 months and another 4 months! I'm a believer. My life, my health went from night to day. They are awesome. I am "older" and when I came way, way out of shape. I was concerned and worried that I could not do the workouts. But my trainer Patricia is so kind and patient. Before long she had me doing things I never thought possible. She should be St. Patricia .Before this old lady could hardly walk the block. Lack of fitness and pain in the knees. Now this young, seasoned lady is planning a 5 K with her granddaughter and daughter summer of '25. The team at Fit therapy is amazing. Oh yeah, as of today I have lost 14 lbs, by eating more! No question they are the best. You wont' be sorry. Best money you ever invested in yourself, your life, your health. 10 stars!"

"This is not professional counselling. My therapist would have virtual sessions with her door open. So if you value your privacy, this is not the place. Also, the therapist never truly helped. There were no learned, provided, or therapist initiated skills, or techniques for coping. I actually felt worse after the,”treatment”. I started researching self help and techniques to help myself and began discussing that work. Seemed pointless to show up. They did not offer the fitness aspect with health insurance, and did not take many insurance options."
