"Dumpster fire mess. The techs are not only inept but they are rude too. I just got sent from one line to the next because I asked how much each of my prescriptions cost (3) and if the correct insurance was used. She grouched, “Well, I don’t know! You have to go in that other line for insurance questions. I have a line”. INSURANCE QUESTIONS??? So I get sent to the other line where I was told the answer to my very simple questions after waiting in line for twenty minutes. However, when I asked if she could just check me out, she said she could not and pointed back to a line that I’d just been in, now 7 customers deep. I left after waiting for 15 more minutes with 4 people still ahead of me. As an aside, I had a young girl, with long straight hair and glasses (she was adorable) take care of me last week and she was brilliant and helpful. Unfortunately, she was a rare exception to the rule and has probably run off never to return since. I heard H‑E‑B is nice :)"

"The people are nice but it takes hours to fill a prescription. Every single time I go I am told it’ll be 30 more minutes and to come back, even when I have given them hours since the time the medicine was called in. Usually I am waiting in line for 10-15 minutes prior to being told to come back also. I understand pharmacies are busy but being told to come back every single time is not okay. I have been told to come back three times before and then they said they were out of the medication the third time.... I try and be understanding but this happening every single time is too much."
