"No one ever answers their phones. I cannot reschedule an appointment and am very upset! I don't know if I can trust them anymore if I can't communicate with them! ******"*****************************"***** I went today, Tuesday, February 13, 2024 and they accepted me right away, even though I was 15 minutes late and saw me right away. The Dr Calais was very friendly and attentive; the girls were friendly and helpful. I told them that their phones didn't go through to anyone and they said they were trying to fix it. I have to text them in the meantime. I change my rating from 1 star to 4."
"I mean the other reviews are spot on!!! This should be the standard to all Dr's. Offices. Dr. Calais and His ENTIRE staff are so kind and loving. They really care about you as a human being. They make you feel at home and are so outgoing. I wish they were a PCP. Honestly I've seen so many Doctors for many medical reasons and this guy has been the only one and it's sad to say that has been able to help me. It's so sad that him and his crew are rare people. We need more people in this world like this team!!! You will never feel rushed at this place. You will always feel so welcomed ☺️. The office is so clean and so is the bathroom. One major plus is that all the women staff are dressed appropriately not showing skin which is a big plus if your a family person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DR AND THIS LOCATION. Yes I used caps for a reason."
