"It is sad that I have to write a negative review - because the doctor and mid level are absolutely wonderful at this clinic. But it all gets ruined by the front office personnel. It's the most atrocious patient service I have ever come across. The level of rudeness is unparalleled (on the phone especially). They treat you like an adversary that dared to bother them rather than a patient who is suffering and needs help. Thinking of leaving the wonderful providers because I don't know how much longer I can put up with the rudeness of the front office."

"HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND DR! I will report the office to BBB! Staff is extremely disrespectful. Dr Girgis is a liar. Extremely unprofessional. If you need medical records they will not provide it for my life insurance. The office has even disregarded the agent who had called countless times and has been ignored and they now do not pick up her calls. I had to put 1 star to write my concerns. If I didn’t have to it will be ZERO stars. Complete disregard to human life. Disgrace of a medical facility."

"I have been going to Dr. Gergis since he was a one office doctor at Westover Hills, probably 7 years. It really makes me sad to have to write a bad review because if it wasn’t for Dr. Gergis, I would not have been able to find out about my current medical problems. However, his front office staff is horrible, especially the main manager lady with the accent she is incompetent and cannot make appointments correctly Phone calls are never returned. Phone calls are not answered, but they are really quick to collect payment. That is unacceptable. It is because of them that I am now going to find another doctor to care for me. And unfortunately, this is going to look bad on Dr. Gergis but it’s like they say, “one is only as strong as their weakest link.” This review is in no way meant to be about Dr. Gergis, but unfortunately due to the people he has manning his front office, and the phones, It’s making the experience horrible and I’m not willing to put up with it any further. I would be glad to work with Dr. Gergis if he were to reach out personally, but other than that, I will no longer have contact with that office (other to receive medical records). Morella’s GOT. TO. GO!!!"

"Dr.Girgis is one of the hardest working doctors I have had. He is almost always available for his patients, and I can feel a genuine concern and care as he lays out very my thoughtful patient plan. I look forward to in person visits again, and I hope other patients can see that as soon as the new office is ready, it will be good! The telehealth visits have been super flexible for my busy schedule. Very attentive staff as well, you can tell they like working at Good hands! Always a great visit. Thank you Doctor and team!"

"Dr. Girgis is phenomenal! He has the best bedside manner and takes time to listen to his patients. So glad we found his practice; all after seeing many doctors that didn’t seem to care. Every one of his patients is important to him and he clearly shows it, always goes above and beyond."
