Primo was amazing as well, actually listened and very talented (like the entire team)! Very understanding . The whole staff was. Even though I didn’t meet every technician, you can watch them through a giant window and an even bigger TV. I’m not someone to pay for a “nice waiting room”, because I just want things done right. “I got something framed and the staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. They have great coupons so make sure you take advantage of them. My beautiful girlfriend took me here to get an old SI magazine of the Mets winning the 86 World Series framed. I figured, "how much could it cost, right? $50 bucks?" Wrong, amigo. Without coupon, $320. With coupon, $130. Ouch! Custom framing is expensive, boys! Bring your girlfriend and coupons. I haven't gotten it back yet but I'll update with the finished product. UPDATE: I just picked up my custom frame, it looks fantastic!”
