Rabbit Hill Rentals is an extended stay gated community located at 21275 Lodge Road in New Caney, Texas. We offer cottages, villas, and cabins for rent in a quiet, calm, and clean environment. Our rules are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful stay for all residents. We are not owned by or affiliated with TERRENOS or COLONY RIDGE. To apply for a rental, there is a $45 application fee for one adult or $65 for two adults, along with a $100 partial deposit that will count towards your $500 security deposit. Payments can be made in cash, cashier's check, money order, or through Zelle.
