Our Redeemer Lutheran North School, located at 215 Rittenhouse Street in Houston, Texas, is a secondary school with a mission to spread God's love and the love of our country to at-risk students from low-income families. Our goal is to provide these students with a low-cost education and personal guidance from staff members in a small group setting. We focus on educating students in Christ, starting at their individual level of knowledge, filling in any missing skills, and building on mastered skills. Many students struggle in school for various reasons and may fall behind their peers, leading to a dislike of school and a lack of motivation. We work with these students one-on-one to identify their weaknesses, build their confidence, and help them understand their work.
