"Nothing I have been going here for three years, have had everything, MRI, X-Rays, nerve conduction, steroid injections, among numerous visits. During these visits, they have always been unfriendly, uncaring of their patients time and wanting another visit for more money. Now it's time for surgery and I find out the surgeon does not accept my insurance. Their only response "someone should have told you!" Really? Now I can't get my MRI, X-Rays or notes because they have moved office to Boerne. I can come to their office and get it all for a fee. What a horrible organization! I'd never recommend them, nor would I ever say anything positive about them."

"Unfortunately I have had a similar experience as Josh M. but in some ways worse. I went to this place back in October of 2013 to get some neck pain checked out. Here is a list of issues I experienced with this place (mind you I have insurance...): - Couldn't get an appointment with a doctor because there were no openings available for some time. Had to schedule an appointment with a nurse practitioner which was really not that big of a deal given the issues I would end up facing - When I got to the office I had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment time to see the nurse practitioner because she was behind. - When the practitioner finally saw me, she didn't spend much time with me. She suggested I have an MRI and told the assistant to set me up with an appointment to get a scan on my lower back (lumbar scan). This didn't make a lot of sense to me seeing as how my pain was on my neck. All of this didn't really matter though because the imaging center, which was supposed to administer the MRI, never called me. I finally called the imaging center and they stated they never got any request from the O&S Center for my MRI. - I decided not to go back to this place after they prescribed me the same or similar muscle cream that they are apparently giving to other patients. This prescription was to be sent to me in the mail by the Apothecary Shop. This shop called me to ask for my address but failed to mention that I would have to pay $400. Once I received the cream, I immediately sent it back without opening it because I refused to pay that much for topical cream which I didn't believe to be necessary. - I also didn't think it was really necessary for me to do a urine sample for what I was going in for but they asked me to do that as well. This sample was administered by a 3rd party in office called U.S. Toxicology. From what I remember, they asked me to provide this sample so that they could make sure they don't prescribe me with any medication which might react to other chemicals in my body and have an adverse affect on my health. I'm just now getting the bill for this and I have been charged a total of $900 on two separate invoices. From the looks of it, U.S. Toxicology has been testing me for opiates, hydrocodone, and other chemicals/drugs. They could have just asked me if I was on methadone, or cocaine and I would have told them "No, I have never been on any kind of drugs in my life nor was I taking any prescription drugs at the time" and it would have saved me the $900 that I'm being charged. Almost six months later this place is still sticking it to me so for all the reasons I listed above I would HIGHLY SUGGEST you avoid this place."

"The problem that I have with this place is greed and lack of communication. Here is why: I went to see the doctor and he told me he was going to send some back cream to me to try out. He bragged that it was $1000 but that my insurance would pay for it. I said ok and the product arrived at my home with a $50 co-pay due! I called the cream company and asked them to stop sending it but it still arrived in the mail every month with another co-pay due. I finally contacted my insurance company and the better business bureau and got the cream order canceled. The doctor had apparently written a prescription for a year's worth of cream. That's $12,000 billed to my insurance and $600 billed to me! I never agreed to any fees. Clearly, this doctor is getting a kick back from the cream company. What ever happened to a genuine doctor that cares more about his patient than getting rich? How sad."

"Lol, this business is posting their own reviews on "behalf" of their clients. When I went, I wasn't informed I would have to pay for parking - strange practice for a medical center, but okay, I'll give them a chance. I asked the receptionist some questions about billing and she gave the impression that she didn't really know or care how my account would be handled. I waited about an hour past my appointment time to be seen, then asked for an estimate on how much longer it might take. I was told the doctor had "another patient before me". "Does that mean she is with a patient and then me?" I asked, hopefully. "No, she is with someone, then another person, then you." Keep in mind we're already at noon for an 11:00am appointment. "She likes to take a long time with her patients" the nurse finishes. Also during this visit, I noticed the receptionist tell another couple they could basically wait an hour to find out if they could even be seen. I left, asking them to remove all my records from their system. Most of us are probably too busy to wait half a day for our morning appointments. Really strange side notes - 1. They have two drink machines in the waiting room and both are "out of order" - are they there for show? 2. When I was there, they had an R rated movie playing on two large screen. Bizzare."
