Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston NW Cypress

"Booked via Expedia and specifically chose this place based on amenities and room as my family moved out our apartment, but they assigned me the wrong room, rooms are infested with German roaches that were all over my belongings (other guests also approached me to ask if my room had roaches too). We just washed every piece of clothing/bedding for our move and I had to remove my stuff and leave in my car to avoid roaches in our clean clothes. They didn't inform me prior that there is no functioning kitchen so they didn't offer breakfast the entire multi-day stay. They don't have housekeeping unless you specifically ask for your room to be cleaned, and the manager was never available. Key card randomly stops working at side entrance causing lockouts and having to walk around the building to the front just to get back in. I complained multiple times and requested credit or a refund and each staff took note of my complaint, told me to contact Expedia, then manager denied my request."

"Worst service and hotel I have stayed in for the price. Dirty bathtub, no ac. I had two rooms one had ac. No comforter or blanket. Two sheets. Booked because of free breakfast. When I got there was informed they no longer do breakfast but signs still on wall, complimentary breakfast. I have never given bad review until now but felt you should know before you go."

"I love the staff Shayla helped me with everything I needed with no problems or attitude also Tyrell was very professional too I would definitely come back for my next visit. The only problem was the breakfast was down but they let the know when you arrive to the hotel. So it actually you choice to stay they offered a refund if I didn’t want to stay or a discount to accommodate me so I stayed. My room was clean and satisfying."

"Update: Shout-out to the manager for telling the truth to Scott of the Texas Dept. Of Health in Harris County about the problems this hotel has struggled with including cockroaches, water damage, mold, bed bugs and really breaking down why the hotel is failing even after new management has been put in place. Can't wait for my refund. I already know where I'll spend it. You a real one! I got bedbug bites from this place. I'm horrified thinking I might have brought them home. I stayed in room 101. There's another reviewer on here, Fayth, who had the same experience. I didn't think to read the reviews but wanted to see if anyone else had the same bites. Will never forget to do that again. While the staff were very nice, I regret staying here because now I'm covered in bites that are very itchy on my legs. This hotel should be shut down and cleaned by an exterminator."

"Fair price. The room I had was a little musty smelling and then the TV didn't want to work. Waited almost an hr but finally they gave me a better room (extra bed) and a working TV also, that room smelled better! I even got a decent discount when I checked out the next day!!! Thanks guys!"
