"I have said this once and I'll say it again. Customer service is everything and their front desk receptionist and overall system is the worst. They are located in the back of a building with new construction and no markings and expected people to not be late. I was in building as per the 10 min late policy and they still refused to see me because I wasn't 45 mins early. I was not told on the phone I had to be 45 mins early, I was only told I needed to be here 15 mins early if possible for paperwork. I have heard a lot about this doctor but whoever actually gets to see the doctor. To top it all off, even though I was here per their own policy they had already cancelled my appointment. I don't care if he's the best doctor, his staff is not understanding of women who have real jobs to work around and construction their own building has going on. Update-number provided in Dr.Greves response below does not actually work, well how about those apples to me?"
"I’ve been seeing Dr.Greve since I was 17 until he eventually delivered my twins at 21. Great experience throughout my whole pregnancy. Scheduled C Section went amazing and quick. Recovery was so easy and fast. Wouldn’t see any other doctor."
