The newly constructed monument at Veterans Park features six columns adorned with plaques honoring the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marines. Engraved bronze plaques, sponsored by donors in honor of their loved ones who have served, pay tribute to individual veterans. The park has undergone recent enhancements, including a basketball shade structure, a pavilion with a fishing pier, and a new restroom facility.
