"Dr. Benavidez is very attentive, patient and kind."
"I’ve worked in retail and never was i out of line or rude to any customer. Today 9/11 a female by the name of Nidia answered the call with the worst attitude customer service. I am waiting on very important MRI results telling her I need to get seen soon just to make sure everything is okay. Her response offering an appointment a month out , and adding that if if was something alarming they would’ve called me already. Excuse me it’s my health we’re talking about , she could’ve easily mentioned I could go in as a walk in just like the male nurse suggested after I requested to speak to one…some people find pleasure in being rude and not considerate of people on the other end , you think it’s people that work in health care that can relate and understand when someone is going through a health scare and just want a piece of mind. Find another choice of career because clearly you hate what you do and it shows."
"When you go into the pharmacy side, the young lady on the receptionist side with Karol G hair color red is so rude never smiles. If she doesn't like what she is doing she should just quit or clean restrooms so she won't attend customers. Bad customer service just with her alone."
"I don't like the receptionist I was there today Monday, she's asking for proof of income even though I provided paystubs. She didn't accept a bank statement as proof of address even though I showed my driver's license and it's a proof of address too. Then she told me I had to pay 100% but I qualify at any other places, I qualified at Access but their tests are more like gynecology not Dental. It's still low income. Also I was going to wait see if I could be seen and Dentist told me receptionist I should come tomorrow, why, if the last person misses their appointment there was still a chance I could be seen. Practically sent me away with pain in my molar."
"I was treated with respect from start to finish. I had read previous reviews on this clinic and boy o boy.. People writing reviews need to lay off the juice. I waited in line to be seen for the first time and they helped me out on information i needed to bring in.. Lucky i was able to be seen by DrMunoz who helped me out with my issues, prescribed me antibiotics. They even have a pharmacy with the same building. Shout to Ms. Cavasos who helped me with my vitals.. Keep up the good work staff.. Dont let the annoying people bother you. The Valley people dont know better"
