Mike was super helpful and the service department had my inspection done in 20 minutes after my drop off. Found some things I suspected the last dealership didn't address (they were terrible!). “I had my Land Cruiser serviced for rack and pinion steering replacement by Steve and Rehan at Sure Tech Auto. I am impressed by their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Steve provided me with a detailed explanation of what repairs were needed and why, and was happy to answer any questions I had. One thing that stood out to me was that my truck had quite a bit of rust (a 21 year old car mostly driven up north), but Steve and his mechanics were able to work with it and completed the repairs without any issues. “We used Danny's earlier this month when the check engine light came on in our Honda. The problem was bad enough that we had to have the vehicle towed, but Greg was great about letting us know when they got our van, what problems they found, possible options on repair, and sent us pictures of some of what they were looking at. I had even called him a couple of times with questions but really didn't need to - he was that good about keeping us updated. The night we decided on where to have it looked at we tried to find somewhere close to our area that had good reviews, and are very glad we decided on here. “I was driving down the freeway and suddenly had a very bad vibration from my front end. I exited at Precinct Line and looked up auto repair near me. The name Honest-1 popped up and who doesn’t like honesty. I limped my car to them. This was near closing time. They said they would look at it first thing in the morning and that they did. I think it was by 8-8:30 they had a diagnosis and list of what it would cost to repair. They did the work and called me when it was done. I am extremely happy with the price and the communication from Ashley with the entire process. Everyone I spoke to was just super friendly. “Ok so I’ve lived here forever and I’ve never actually been to this Auto Zone. But I’m supposed to be driving to Houston… tomorrow of course… and my battery is squirrelly. I was hoping it was just because it hadn’t been driven in several weeks (I had a huge surgery last month), but nooooo, it’s struggling. And then when I looked at the top of the battery the date indicated it was past time. Auto Zone has exactly one battery that will fit my car. They pull it for me, and I head over expecting to wait for some time to get someone to make the replacement. Nope. Phillip had it handled. Pulled the battery, put it right in (in gross damp 48 degree weather when it’s getting dark). I was at Auto Zone 20 minutes, and I feel MUCH better about driving to Houston this weekend!
