"I absolutely love this dentist and staff!!! This was my first visit, and I walked out so happy! Everyone was super friendly and professional. I told them that we are kind of new to the area and haven't really seen what San Antonio has to offer. John Covert went out of his way to email me a list of his favorite places to go. It wasn't expected, but absolutely appreciated! They also did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! I would highly recommend!"

"February 2nd was the first time I visited this practice. The office staff is very welcoming, polite, and professional. My hygienist, Heather, was a pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions confidently and accurately. Full disclosure: I am one to ignore my dental health and will fail to follow up on dental appointments. This will be obvious once x-rays and standard cleaning start. I never felt shamed for my lack of knowledge and application of optimal dental hygiene. Instead, I was reassured of what I was doing correctly and how I could improve on things I was already doing. I have a few more visits to go to to get my dental health in a good spot, and I am confident in the team so far that they will provide the best care for my case."

"I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by this dental office!! Blown away, because you just don’t find service like this anymore. My mom had an emergency issue with her teeth. After researching several dental offices and seeing all the positive reviews for John Covert DDS I gave them a call. They were able to squeeze my mom in the following morning, which was a blessing. My mom does not have dental insurance and they were up front with the pricing and set the proper financial expectations, as well as what to expect during our visit. My mom has Alzheimer’s and they took great care of her. After a thorough evaluation with x-rays, their findings and the treatment options were clearly explained. They drafted the necessary referral letters needed to move my mom’s care forward the same day as promised! And these were not canned letters. They were detailed letters specific to my mom’s needs. When I called them to request x-rays they were sent immediately. From the first call and office visit, to any questions I had after our visit - everything was handled promptly, professionally and with care/empathy! I am so thankful I found this John Covert DDS, PA. The dentist and the office staff are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!"

"I recently found Dr. Covert through a Google search. It became clear to me why they have such a great reputation right away. I'm always leary of the dentist, as I assume most people are, but I truly enjoy this office. Reception, hygienist, staff, assistants, and Dr. Covert are all extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Covert takes the time to get to know his patients and even personally called to check up on me after extractions/surgery. All questions I had were answered professionally, patiently, and reassuringly. You really can't beat how reasonable the cost is either. I had 3 teeth surgically extracted by Dr. Covert between 2 different appointments. Even though of course recovery is uncomfortable I would go as far as to call the procedures quick and painless. This office is fast and proficient across the board and the work is done well and done right the first time. He also referred me to an equally wonderful, honest, and affordable orthodontist. Highly recommend Dr. Covert. My only regret is not finding this office sooner."
